User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of youbehome.com (hereinafter referred to as youbehome or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the platform on the other.

The youbehome platform is not a mass media outlet.

By using the platform, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the youbehome.com platform!

Subject of the Agreement

The Administration grants the user the right to post the following information on the platform:

– Text information

– Photo materials

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:

– search for information on the platform

– receive information on the platform

– create information for the platform

– comment on content posted on the platform

– change the user rating

– use the platform information for personal non-commercial purposes

– use the platform information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration

– use the platform information for commercial purposes with the permission of the copyright holders

The Administration has the right to:

– at its own discretion and necessity create, change, cancel rules

– restrict access to any information on the platform

– delete accounts

– refuse registration without explanation

The user undertakes to:

– ensure the accuracy of the information provided

– ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties

– update the Personal Data provided during registration, if they change

– do not copy information from other sources

– do not distribute information that is aimed at promoting war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information, the distribution of which is subject to criminal or administrative liability

– not to disrupt the functionality of the platform

– not to create multiple accounts on the platform if they actually belong to the same person

– not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users

– not to transfer your account and/or login and password for your account to third parties

– not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive materials, as well as other information, the posting of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of current legislation.

– not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Platform and its Services

The Administration undertakes to:

– maintain the functionality of the platform, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

– implement comprehensive protection of the User’s account

– protect information, the distribution of which is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of the user who violated the rules

– provide all available information about the User to the state authorities authorized to do so in cases established by law

Liability of the parties

The Youbehome platform does not own, manage, control or offer Listings or Host/Organizer Services. Youbehome is not a party to the contractual relationship between Hosts/Organizers and Guests, nor is it a real estate agent or insurer. Youbehome does not act as an agent for Users, except as provided in the Payment Services Terms (“Payments and Pricing“).

In addition to these Terms, we apply other terms and rules. In particular, the Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of personal data, and the Payment Processing Terms govern the payment services provided to Users by Youbehome companies that process payments (“Youbehome Payments“).

– the user is personally fully responsible for the information they distribute

– the administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources

– the administration does not bear any responsibility for the discrepancy between the services expected by the User and the services actually received

– the administration does not bear any responsibility for services provided by third parties

– in the event of a force majeure situation (military action, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, or the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force upon registration on Youbehome.com

The Agreement is valid indefinitely.

The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its own discretion.

In case of any change to this agreement, the administration will notify users in a way convenient for it.
