QuickFix 

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuickFix platform (“Platform”, “Service”). By accessing or using QuickFix, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the platform

QuickFix is an online platform that connects clients who need home repairs with independent handymen (“Contractors”).
QuickFix is not a handyman service provider.
All services are performed by independent Contractors.


2. User accounts

2.1. Clients

Clients may:

  • Create job requests

  • Select their city

  • Receive responses from Contractors

  • Contact Contractors after receiving a reply

Client access is free forever.

2.2. Contractors

Contractors may:

  • Create a profile

  • Select working cities

  • Receive notifications about new jobs

  • Reply to job requests

Contractors are responsible for their own profile accuracy and service quality.


3. Contractor access fees

QuickFix does not take commissions from jobs.
Instead, Contractors purchase temporary access to job contact information:

  • 48 hours access

  • 15 days access

  • 30 days access

Once purchased, access is active for the selected duration.

Payments are processed through integrated payment providers.


4. Job requests

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions

  • Choose the correct city

  • Respond to Contractors if needed

QuickFix is not responsible for:

  • Job quality

  • Delays

  • Agreements between Clients and Contractors

All agreements happen directly between users.


5. Notifications

By using QuickFix, users agree to receive:

  • Web push notifications

  • Email notifications

  • SMS notifications (if enabled)

Notifications are used for:

  • New job alerts

  • Contractor responses

  • Account-related information

You can disable notifications in your browser or device.


6. Payments & Refunds

Payments for Contractor access are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

QuickFix does not participate in:

  • Payments between Contractors and Clients

  • Price disputes

  • Refunds for completed or incomplete services


7. Prohibited activities

Users agree NOT to:

  • Bypass the platform to contact each other outside QuickFix

  • Provide false information

  • Spam or abuse other users

  • Copy platform content using automated tools

  • Attempt to damage the platform or compromise security

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.


8. Liability

QuickFix is not responsible for:

  • Contractor work quality

  • Damages caused by Contractors

  • Scheduling problems

  • Payment issues

  • Loss of data due to technical errors

Users interact at their own risk.


9. Data protection

QuickFix complies with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Users will be notified of major changes.
