QuickFix is a fast and simple handyman platform where clients post small home tasks and skilled workers respond.
No call centers, no middlemen — just real people helping each other.


2. How does the platform work for handymen?

  1. Register via Join as a handyman

  2. Complete your handyman profile

  3. Receive instant notifications about new job requests in your city

  4. If a job matches your price/location — click “Accept job”

  5. Choose a plan on the Precios page to unlock client contacts

  6. Contact the client directly and complete the job on your own terms


3. How does the platform work for clients?

  1. Register via Join as a client

  2. Post your job request on Buscar profesional

  3. Handymen in your city receive notifications

  4. The right handyman contacts you directly

  5. You choose, negotiate, and agree on the final price

  6. Only one-time payment for unlimited handyman contacts (optional)


4. Why are contacts protected?

To prevent spam and to protect privacy, phone numbers and emails are hidden.
Only verified users with an active access plan can see full contact details.


5. Do you take a commission per job?

No.
You pay only once for access — no commission, no auto-renewal.


6. What are the available plans?

All plans are listed on the Precios page.

Handymen:

  • 48 hours access

  • 15 days access

  • 30 days access

Clients:

  • Unlimited access (one-time payment)


7. How long do I have access after paying?

Exactly the duration of the purchased plan (48h, 15 days, 30 days, unlimited).
A countdown is shown inside every job page.


8. Can I take multiple jobs with one plan?

Yes.
There are no limits — during your active plan you can contact any number of clients.


9. Do plans renew automatically?

No.
There is no auto-renewal.
You choose and buy a plan only when you need it.


10. Do you check the identity of users?

We verify emails and require users to complete a basic profile to guarantee real people on the platform.


11. How is payment for the actual job done?

The client enters an approximate amount in the job request.
The final price is negotiated directly between the client and the handyman.
QuickFix does not participate in payments.


12. Can I use the platform if I’m not registered?

You can browse jobs, but contacts and job submission require account creation via Login / Registration.


13. What happens when my access expires?

The system hides all phone numbers and emails again.
To continue viewing them, purchase a plan on the Precios page.


14. Can clients also purchase plans?

Yes.
Clients can buy the Unlimited access plan to view contacts of all registered handymen.


15. Is the platform available worldwide?

Yes, QuickFix works globally.
More languages will be added soon.


16. Which plan should a handyman choose? (explained with numbers)

48 hours access — 9.90 €

Perfect for testing the platform or taking several quick jobs.
Most small tasks pay 30–50 € and take 1 hour.

Example:
3 jobs × 40 € = 120 € profit
Plan price: 9.90 € → 110 € net profit


15 days access — 49.90 €

Best for regular part-time work.

If you take just 1 job a day → ≈ 14–15 jobs
Minimum income: 420–750 €


30 days access — 89.90 €

For stable monthly work.
Ocupación: just 2–3 jobs cover the entire plan.
The rest of the month — pure profit.

17 How can a handyman increase their rating?

Answer:
After completing a job, you can politely ask the client to rate your work by selecting the appropriate number of stars.
Whenever possible, encourage the client to leave a short review — this helps build trust and improves your visibility on the platform.

18 What are the benefits of a high rating?

Answer:
Handymen with a high rating receive several important advantages:

  • Clients are more likely to contact you directly without you actively searching for jobs

  • You build a stronger and more trusted client base

  • Higher earning potential thanks to increased demand

  • Access to platform bonuses, including discounts on paid access to clients’ contact details
